are slow, gentle, novel and exploratory.
Students often experience immediate improvements and enjoy balanced stability. In Feldenkrais Lessons you get to experience simple, non-habitual movements that you are perfectly able to do, but which you might have forgotten or just never got round to using.
CLASSES ARE ON-LINE
I offer a regular online class every Tuesday at 7.30pm
payment is 10 Euro.
I started teaching the classes on-line classes in early April and feel it has real advantages – no travelling, social distancing assured, you can join in from wherever you are, we have a group, a community that meets and comes together in moving and learning and thinking in your body with the Feldenkrais Method.
Actually, the Feldenkrais Method is ideally suited for online teaching as one of the corner stones is teaching it by words.
